Our Founders
Dr. Abdulla Nasheeth
Native of Kasaragod, Kerala (India) with over 15 years of academic and professional experience in Japan. Awarded the prestigious MEXT Fellowship, he earned his Ph.D. in 2016 from Osaka City University.
At WELLNOC, he uses this experience to help learners navigate Japan with realism and clarity.
Mr. Abdul Rahman Naseef
Holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science. Highly skilled in IT, with expertise in web and mobile development, and extensive experience mentoring and guiding students.
At WELLNOC, he leads digital infrastructure and student support systems.
Our Story
WELLNOC was born from a simple realization - Japan offers one of the world's safest, most structured, and academically advanced environments for learning and career growth. Yet despite this, many capable students and professionals in other countries either do not know the right information or are pushed into unsafe, unverified, and sometimes illegal pathways.
We have personally seen people with real dreams take the wrong route - not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked guidance. After spending many years in Japan - studying, working, and navigating the system from the inside - we understood how the opportunities truly work, what the rules are, and how to succeed the correct way.
That experience became our responsibility. WELLNOC was founded to become the bridge that was missing: a reliable, ethical, and informed support system that protects people from risk and guides them through proper, legal, and realistic routes to Japan.
Today, WELLNOC stands as a full-service consultancy built on experience, truth, and human commitment - helping people reach Japan the right way, not the risky way.
